TO BE SEEN BEAUTIFUL


TO BE SEEN PRETTY & ATTRACTIVE

To be seemed beautiful and attractive, it is found mostly common in young people both ladies & gents on naturally basis. Some people purchase expenses suites & cloths to wear to be seen well profession and civilized in the society. Some people spend their lot of my money on food which is full of nutrition. Especially only women think about to become more beautiful than one another. Here are some of points which will be very useful if applied to be seen as beautiful personality.

i.                   Usage of water
The usage of cleaned & filtered water is very important; we must take water daily minimum 15 to 20 glasses. Water makes the food well of digestive and protect us from different kinds of diseases. Water also makes us fresh and attractive. Do not take water at the last of meal but water can be taken centre of eating during lunch, dinner etc.

ii.                Exercise
Daily exercise is also very  important upto 10 to 15 minutes daily. Exercises can also be made in garden or by walking foot or having a hobby of fishing etc. Sometime jumping is useful too.

iii.              Protect from Sunlight
If you want to keep your wrinkles and skin fresh and clear be protected yourself from sun screening. Anti sun light cream is also better for this purpose. Sun glass can be used on the eyes and hat over the head during walking out.
iv.              Don’t take medicine without physician direction.
So much usage of medicines especially medicine which are for reducing paining are not well. Actually medicines makes us old before time being and also physician direction is most important to use any kind of medicine or anti-biotic.

v.                Massage
For example, if a plant is to be protected by us same like continue skin massage is better for us. During massaging flowing of blood pressure in our body has been become smoothly and we do not feel any kind of pain and trouble. Massage is also useful against every kinds of mentally and physically depressions.
